Project Brief: "Nutrients Then vs Now"
Objective:
To create an engaging and informative video ad comparing nutrient values in foods from the past to the present, aimed at driving sales through Facebook for health-conscious consumers.
My Role:
I led the project from start to finish, including casting, scriptwriting, directing, producing, and overseeing the video’s final delivery to media buyers.
Challenges & Solutions:
The initial ad underperformed, but by reassessing the creative approach and making iterative improvements, we optimized the campaign to exceed expectations. This process demonstrated the power of persistence and data-driven adjustments in advertising.
Team Collaboration:
• Pre-production: Worked with a team of three to refine the script and coordinate production.
• Production: Directed a team of five during filming to align visuals with the ad’s strategic goals.
• Post-production: Collaborated with an editor and two team members to ensure the video met performance benchmarks.
Outcome:
While specific metrics are covered under NDA, the campaign successfully achieved all predefined goals for budget, ROI, and average order value, delivering measurable results for the client.
